Crispy Lemon Crackers

A delicious treat at any time or a basic family staple - whatever your situation, Pipi's bases turned into crackers go down a treat! So quick and easy too.
Ingredients:
- Pipi's bases - I love spinach or original
- Olive oil
- salt
- Lemon - rind and juice
Instructions:
- Turn the oven on to about 150c - give or take depending how hot your oven is.
- Place bases on a baking tray (I line mine with baking paper, but its not essential).
- Brush with olive oil and aprinkle with salt.
- Zest over lemon rind and then drizzle with lemon juice.
- Using scissors, cut bases into your cracker shapes - here I have done 'fingers'.
- Spread evenly over the tray and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes - watching towards the end that they aren't catching and burning.
- Cool and munch!
