Garlic and Rosemary Crackers

A delicious treat at any time or a basic family staple - whatever your situation, Pipi's bases turned into crackers go down a treat! So quick and easy too.

Ingredients:

  • Pipi's garlic bases (or any will do)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Rosemary

Instructions:

How to cook Garlic and Rosemary Crackers

  1. Turn the oven on to about 160c - give or take depending how hot your oven is.
  2. Place bases on a baking tray.
  3. Brush with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and chopped rosemary.
  5. Using scissors, cut bases into your cracker shapes - here I have done 'fingers'.
  6. Spread evenly over the tray and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes - watching towards the end that they aren't catching and burning.
  7. Cool and munch!
