These will literally blow you away. They are NEXT LEVEL delicious. Super easy to make and keep for an age - if you can manage it! Who would have though a humble pizza base could turn to this? The parmesan cheese definitely adds a salty tang, but if you don’t have it on hand - improvise with some other cheese or leave it out all together.

These will literally blow you away. They are NEXT LEVEL delicious. Super easy to make and keep for an age - if you can manage it! Who would have though a humble pizza base could turn to this?

Ingredients:

  • Pipi's Super Spinach Pizza Base/s
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Fresh herbs - I used rosemary and thyme
  • Parmesan cheese (a good cheddar would do the trick too I think)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Put your Super Spinach base (or whatever base you are using) through your food processor or Nutra-Bullet to get breadcrumbs.  I just used 1 base and it made a heap of crumbs.  If you were wanting them for schnitzel or something similar, maybe do two.
  2. Heat your frying pan to a medium heat (definitely not too hot) and add a good glug of olive oil. Add the super spinach crumbs and garlic (I used three cloves to 1 base) and fry until golden - 3-5 mins.  You may need to add a little more oil.
  3. While frying, chop up your herbs.  Add in with your parmesan and give a good stir around.
  4. That's it!  Boom!  Your meals are going to be next level with these.  Keep them in a jar or similar in the fridge for about week or freeze them to use at will.
